Here we offer our new hay steamer from Haytuning. We've made some further improvements and responded to customer requests.
This resulted in the Haytuner ES (extra strong). It is available in sizes L, XL, and XXL. The Haytuner ES XXL is shown here.
Thanks to the profiles made of anodized aluminum (food-safe), our Haytuner is even more stable, easier to clean, nothing can be chewed on, mice and rats can't bite their teeth into it, and it also looks stylish.
We offer a hay steamer for up to 60 kg of hay. The HAYTUNER ES XXL, however, has several additional features that clearly distinguish it from other hay steamers!
It can hold up to 60 kg of hay. This means you can steam enough hay for 8-10 horses at once. This saves both time and money.
However, it has a major advantage over other hay steamers:
It features built-in automatic temperature control. You can even choose between Wi-Fi or Bluetooth control, allowing you to manage it via an app.
This means: The device detects when the required temperature to kill fungi and bacteria is reached, then runs for another 20 minutes and switches off automatically. This eliminates the risk of forgetting to turn it off. With other hay steamers, you have to ensure the steamer doesn't run dry. If this happens, the steamer can be damaged. This isn't the case with our device. It switches off automatically. This, of course, guarantees that the required temperatures are always reached, regardless of the outside temperature. The outside temperature also plays a significant role in the operating time. At lower temperatures, it runs a little longer, and at higher temperatures, it runs faster. This is something you can't control as effectively with a timer or a simple timer switch.
Furthermore, it reduces electricity costs because it only runs as long as it actually needs to. Since you use it at least once a day, you naturally save a considerable amount on electricity costs in the long run. This way, you can switch on the hay steamer and don't have to worry about it anymore. You can go riding and do other things without having to think about the steamer. It's really great.
Our Haytuner can be controlled via mobile phone. You can start it with your phone, set a timer, or directly create a schedule for the entire week.
The next crucial advantage is the steam outlets. Naturally, these are made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. The arrangement of the steam outlets ensures that the hay is perfectly steamed everywhere. The steam comes not only from below but also from the sides. This allows for the production of truly clean, dust-free hay.

The steamer uses induction heating and has a power output of 3500 watts. The tank holds 14 liters of water. No additional water connection is required; it only needs a standard electrical outlet. Another advantage is that descaling is no longer necessary. The tank is removable and dishwasher safe.
The material is a food-grade EPP thermal box. It is very robust and the walls are 4 cm thick. The lid is even 6 cm thick. Therefore, steaming is no problem even in winter.
Additionally, it's equipped with rubber wheels, two of which have locking brakes. This makes it easy to move. This is, of course, very practical. It allows you to serve several horses from the hay steamer at once.
It's incredibly easy to use. Just put water in the tank, plug it in, and it's ready to go.
To ensure easy access to all areas, the Haytuner ES XXL can be unfolded in multiple ways. A frame has been added to prevent it from tipping over, ensuring stability even during unloading.
