The temperature control system for hay steamers was specifically developed to simplify operation. Furthermore, using this system ensures that fungi, mites, bacteria, and other microorganisms are always eliminated, regardless of whether it's winter or summer. The control unit regulates the steaming time. It detects when the required temperature is reached, then continues to run for another 20 minutes before automatically switching off. This eliminates the need to keep track of time and prevents forgetting to turn off the hay steamer.
Bluetooth & Wi-Fi: Temperature control for hay steamers
It is also possible to order a temperature control unit for hay steamers with smartphone control. This allows you to connect to the control unit via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and set a timer or create a weekly schedule using your smartphone. The temperature control unit is suitable for all hay steamer manufacturers, including homemade models.

Your hay steamer arrives fully assembled. You simply need to connect the steam generator to your “Haytuner” with a hose, and it will be ready for use in seconds.
Our steam generator uses the power of induction to heat the water to a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius. This hot steam is then gently directed into the Haytuner. The powerful heat of the steam effectively kills fungi, germs, bacteria, mold, and even troublesome mite droppings – a true benefit for your horses' health.
But that's not all: Our hay steamer also binds the dust that accumulates in the hay. The result?
